Danfoss Climate Solutions (DCS) is looking for three Regional Portfolio Manager for Data Centers. This strategic role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and managing data center offerings in the form of products, systems, and services. This role involves identifying and aligning portfolio needs with the overall business strategy and influencing resource allocation to ensure we move fast. They have a deep understanding of the market to identify risks and opportunities, and drive innovation to expand Danfoss’ portfolio within the data center space
Supported by Global Solutions Experts, Systems Engineers, and Simulation Experts, this function works in close collaboration with the Data Center Sales team together with customers and end-users to identify opportunities and gaps in our end-to-end solution approach.

All regional positions report directly to the Head of Data Center Solutions in Danfoss Climate Solutions, Solutions & Technology.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the Data Center Solutions team within Danfoss Climate Solutions, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing the product and system portfolio to support strategic growth. Your responsibilities will span the entire product lifecycle and require close collaboration with regional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment, efficiency, and innovation across the organization. Furthermore, you will:
- Analyze the portfolio to identify opportunities for growth, consolidation, or divestment, and provide recommendations to maximize value in close cooperation with regional sales teams.
- Drive product lifecycle management from ideation to end-of-life in coordination with product managers across Business Units.
- Ensure strategic alignment of the data center system and product portfolio with Danfoss’ overall business goals.
- Support effective resource allocation and execution through the matrix organization within Danfoss Climate Solutions.
- Monitor portfolio performance, manage associated risks, and identify innovation opportunities based on market trends and customer needs.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strong business insight, technical understanding, and strategic thinking to manage and grow the data center portfolio. You should be confident in cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and stakeholder communication, with the ability to lead across regions in a matrix environment.

- Business Acumen: Solid grasp of business strategy, financial principles, and market dynamics.
- Strategic Thinking: Capable of shaping and executing portfolio strategies in alignment with global and regional objectives.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of data center cooling and infrastructure, with a willingness to continuously develop application and market expertise.
- Analytical Skills: Skilled in data interpretation, trend analysis, and making sound, data-based decisions.
- Communication & Leadership: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to collaborate, influence, and drive results across regional and functional teams; fluency in English is essential.
