Global IT Portfolio Manager

This role can be placed in one of our offices in Copenhagen, Hong Kong, or the UK.
What you’ll be doing
Your primary tasks and responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Portfolio Director in managing the enterprise technology portfolio, including tracking portfolio performance, identifying and escalating risks and issues, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of portfolio reporting and governance processes, including developing and maintaining portfolio dashboards, reports, and other documentation
- Assisting with demand intake, project prioritisation, and resource allocation, working with stakeholders to gather and analyse demand requests, and supporting the prioritisation process based on business value and strategic alignment
- Supporting project validation activities, reviewing project proposals, ensuring they meet established criteria, and contributing to the overall portfolio strategy. Identifies potential portfolio risks related to project interdependencies, resource constraints, and other factors
- Contributing to the development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and roadmap, working with stakeholders to define key initiatives, timelines, and resource requirements
- Working with delivery teams to ensure alignment of DTS talent with portfolio priorities, facilitating resource allocation discussions and supporting the identification and development of required skills and capabilities
- Supporting knowledge management activities within DTS, contributing to the development and maintenance of knowledge repositories and best practices (excluding operational tasks)
What we’re looking for
Professional background and qualifications should cover:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with over 3 years of experience in portfolio or project management within a technology setting. Experience in the beverages industry is considered a strong advantage.
- Experience in formal project and portfolio management methodologies, including demand management, resource allocation, data analysis, project prioritization, and familiarity with IT financial management principles.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, alongside excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, able to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate in multicultural or international environments.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for visualizing and reporting on project performance is essential.
