MASH Penthouse is a modern steakhouse with quality as the main focus. Every guest should get an exquisite experience both regarding food, wine and service - that is what we aim for every day at the MASH steakhouse chain.
MASH (Modern American Steakhouse) is a Danish brand founded in 2009 and with 6 restaurants in Denmark, we are one of the strongest steakhouse brands in Denmark.
MASH is much more than steaks, as we want to welcome all kinds of guests. So we serve fish, poultry and vegetarian dishes to make sure there is something for every preference.
The meat is our natural focus, we serve kobe, wagyo, freerange, grassfed beef sourcing the best quality in close collaboration with our suppliers to ensure the high quality we are know for.
The menu changes 3 times / year and we serve seasonal specialties as well.
A great work environment is key to us, eventhough we are busy a good ambience is important.
We educate many students as we find in essential to strengthen the gastronomical scene - also for the future.
Here is what we are looking for in our new colleague:
- Minimum 1 year work experience from a la carte restaurant, preferably a steakhouse / hot section
- A teamplayer who appreciates a busy environment
- A good colleague with a positive attitude
- Professional gastronomical training / education is an advantage
What we offer:

- 37 hour work week
- 5 weeks vacation covered by the Danish holiday benefits (=full salary on vacation)
