Responsible for the flawless execution of campaigns across the EU and APAC markets
Located in Copenhagen, Denmark, and reporting to our Director of Partner Enablement, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our commercial campaigns, ensuring they are launched on time and with a high degree of accuracy. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Campaign Execution & Management: Translate partner offers and briefs into structured campaign tasks. You will set up and QA campaigns in Braze, ensuring segmentation, tagging, and tracking are accurate and complete.
- Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor live campaigns for performance and anomalies, providing regular reporting and maintenance support.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation to improve future workflows. You will also share actionable learnings in retrospectives and propose process changes to enhance throughput or reduce errors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Trading Managers and the Head of Planning to clarify campaign requirements and streamline the brief process. You will also coordinate with campaigning and martech teams to ensure templates and other resources are execution-ready.
- Operational Clarity: Track personal KPIs, including launch speed, accuracy, and campaign outcomes. You'll surface delays or blockers with actionable solutions to ensure on-time delivery.
- High-Volume Support: Assist in load-balancing across team members during peak periods, such as Black Friday and Christmas, to ensure all campaigns are successfully delivered.

Furthermore, we would think you can demonstrate the following:
- A couple of years of experience in CRM, campaign execution, ad operations, or client delivery
- Proficiency with campaign and project management tools like Braze, GAM, Salesforce, Kevel, and ClickUp
- Experience with digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and comfortable tracking campaign KPIs
- Strong organizational and cross-functional working skills to manage multiple projects and timelines in a high-volume environment
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
