The Warehouse Operations Supervisor effectively manage an assigned team of handlers and operational positions , ensuring that department or operational goals are achieved, processes and procedures are completed promptly and consistently. Responsible for day to day completion of team tasks as well as people related activities such as front line recruitment, performance review, employee related administration.

As a FedEx Operations Supervisor you will manage assigned resources effectively to ensure that industry leading service is achieved and delivered within a safe and compliant operation.
Additional Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Leading, directing, coaching and developing Team members in cooperation with Station Manager or his Deputy Manager .
- Ensure team awareness of current processes and procedures, targets and goals.
- Ensure all activities are in line with Company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee initiatives in order to deliver planned results on time and within budget.
- Assist with management and control of costs.
- Deliver continuous optimization and improvement of (work) processes.
- Assist with completion of accurate and timely reporting.

- Experience in a people leadership role.
- Analytical skills, and the ability to plan and organize meticulously.
- Good communication and social skills and ability to present to a wide audience confidently.
