Warehouse Assistant
We're looking for a diligent and organized Warehouse Assistant to join our Supply Chain Spare-parts Management team (SPM) and play a key role in the efficient operation of our Donkey republic Warehouse. You'll be instrumental in managing the flow of goods, from inbound receipts to outbound shipments, and support critical assembly and testing processes. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment and collaborate with various internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Inbound and Outbound Logistics: Managing all incoming and outgoing goods at the DR Warehouse, ensuring accurate processing based on Purchase Orders (POs), Transfer Requests (TRs), Sales Orders (SOs), Work Orders (WOs), and other requests from SPM Team.
Shipping Coordination: Booking shipments for outgoing Sales Orders, Transfer Requests, and Work Orders in accordance with established guidelines.
Assembly and Testing: Executing various projects that involve the assembly of goods to complete products for Sales Orders. This includes testing and troubleshooting parts related to POs, TRs, and SOs, following guidelines provided by your manager.
Partner Sales Order Management: Taking ownership of creating Sales Orders for partners and serving as the primary liaison for communication between Sales Orders, Partners, Hubspot, and Account Management. This responsibility will be handed over by Procurement Coordinator and become your primary duty, with Alex providing support when needed.
Warehouse Maintenance: Ensuring the warehouse is consistently kept tidy and clean, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.

Qualifications
Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and processes.

Proficiency in basic computer applications.
