VP & Head of Specialty & Pipeline

Your new role
You will lead a global medical team responsible for shaping and executing medical strategies for Lundbeck’s Neuro and Psychiatry specialty products and pipeline assets. This includes stakeholder engagement, communication planning, medical insights gathering and assessment of development opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key markets to ensure impactful medical strategies and execution. Your future team
Global Medical Affairs is part of Lundbeck’s Corporate Portfolio and Product Strategy organization. You will report to the SVP of Global Medical Affairs and lead the Heads of Neuro-specialty and Psychiatry & Pipeline. Our team thrives on collaboration, adaptability, and a shared mission to improve the lives of people living with brain disorders.
The position is based in Valby, Denmark.
What you bring to the team
You are a senior, strategic leader with pharma experience and medical expertise in Neurosciences. You bring:
- An MD with specialization in Neurology/Psychiatry. Alternatively, an MD with a PhD in Neurosciences
- 10+ years of healthcare experience, including 5+ years in Medical Affairs
- Proven leadership experience managing senior medical professionals with experience in leading leaders and global mindset
- Strong knowledge of medical strategy planning, stakeholder engagement, evidence generation, and scientific communications
- Experience with digital tools, omnichannel strategies, and data analytics
