What You’ll Be Doing
- Translate sustainability trends and regulatory developments into actionable initiatives that raise the bar across our organization.
- Support ESG reporting and strategy, including TCFD assessments and our Climate Transition Plan.
- Collaborate across functions such as sales, procurement, and R&D to embed sustainability in the entire value chain.
- Engage with customers on ESG-related requests, ensuring we meet expectations and create added value.
- Analyze sustainability data, including LCAs and other key metrics, to track progress and uncover opportunities for improvement.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s is an advantage.
- Relevant experience working with sustainability in a business context, ideally in an international or B2B environment.
- Familiarity with life cycle assessments (LCAs) and Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) is considered an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, motivating messages.
- A collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills and a genuine passion for sustainability that inspires action across teams and stakeholders.
