We are looking for a new colleague in the HMO business unit . In our team, we work with human milk oligosaccharides, complex milk sugars, only found in breastmilk. At Novonesis we are today producing the five most dominant HMOs and keep developing new HMOs for commercialization. We need support on our many exciting projects , such as creating compelling content for social media, designing presentations for customer meetings, assisting with event planning and coordination, and preparing marketing material like one pagers and brochures. As a global market leader in HMO bioscience, we have the opportunity to address important global challenges such as natural food solutions, dietary supplements for human health and specialized infant nutrition ingredients– and we need the brightest and most passionate people on board to succeed. Welcome to the HMO Commercial Development and Strategy Team
You will join a dedicated team , offering an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment with colleagues based all over the world . You will c ollaborate with passionate colleagues in Novonesis while growing your professional expertise and enhancing your skills in marketing and communication.
We are looking for a student assistant who can work around 15-20 hours pr. week. Timing can be flexible to fit school schedule and exams periods. You will be based at our site in Hørsholm , with flexibility of working from home when needed.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
As our new student assistant, you will work with many different aspects of communication and marketing. This includes:
Being part of developing new marketing materials and bring in your ideas to the table
Support planning and execution of trade shows, for example our most important trade show every year – ESPGHAN.
Support our global communications plan including working with trade media
Support content creation for digital platforms like website and SoMe
Supporting with presentations for the broader HMO organization
Participating in team meetings and contributing to brainstorming sessions
Assisting with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
To succeed you must hold:
We are looking for a student assistant who is passionate about marketing and communications and is currently studying within these fields. It could be business communication, branding, marketing or similar.
Moreover, we imagine that our new student assistant can see themselves in the following:
Passionate and curious about biotech and eager to learn about HMOs
Comfortable in the world of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Fluent /professional use of English (written and oral) as you will mainly be communicating in English. Danish is not a requirement for this position.
