Help shape the digital future of our people experience
In BioMar, we are on an exciting journey to strengthen the way we work with people and technology. You will contribute to building a best-in-class people experience for our colleagues around the world, while impacting the digital solutions we use to support our people.
Make a difference in global HR and digitalisation
As our new student assistant, you will become part of the global People Experience team in BioMar. This team is responsible for designing people concepts, processes, and tools in collaboration with our 15 business units located around the world. Our aim is to continuously improve the people experience in BioMar – and ensure we have the right people technology in place to achieve this.
You will often focus on our HR system Workday and therefore collaborate closely with our People Digitalisation Lead. As we are a small team with a large reach, you will be able to have a significant impact, giving you the chance to grow while contributing to our global people journey.
In your new role, you will:
- Drive the translation of new features in Workday and of people concepts to ensure we provide a consistent people experience across the world
- Enable our local HR colleagues to fully utilize our people tools by developing training materials
- Support the development of people concepts and our local HR colleagues in implementing these
- Facilitate HR reporting to ensure we remain compliant
- Participate in the configuration and testing of new features in Workday
Depending on your profile, you may also contribute to other projects, as well as support on various ad hoc tasks. You will be based at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark.
Bring your structure, tech skills, and eye for visual presentation
You are currently studying with at least 1,5 years remaining of your degree, which preferably is in a field relevant to this role. Most importantly, you have a strong interest in HR and people digitalisation, viewing technology as a key enabler of a great people experience.
With attention to detail and a high degree of structure, you are able to focus on a task until it meets the required quality. You are tech-savvy and motivated by contributing to an HR IT system that impacts around 1700 people worldwide. In addition, you have a keen eye for visual presentation, and you can turn even the most lacklustre presentation into something visually appealing.
As you will be working globally, you are fluent in English. Although knowledge of Spanish and Danish is an advantage, you will ask your local HR colleagues or AI to support you in the translation of tools and concepts.
Combine your studies with meaningful work
This role offers you the opportunity to be part of a global company where your contribution will have an impact far beyond your own desk. You will gain valuable experience in HR and people digitalisation, working hands-on with the development of people processes and tools. As part of a dedicated team, your ideas and efforts will be visible and valued.
You will work 12-15 hours per week with flexibility built around your studies.
