Senior Technical Product Manager - Monitoring & Controls

As a key player in the Monitoring & Controls product group, you will lead the hardware product life cycle of our products, platforms, modules, and components. You will actively participate in developing and executing the Product Management Function Strategy, driving business insights on market trends, customer needs, user experience, technological advancements, and overall business performance.

Your role involves annually driving and updating the Product Strategy and Roadmap to reflect current realities. You will fulfil and contribute to the development of the Product Development framework and tools, ensuring the creation and maintenance of accurate Product Master Data. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive project briefs, including business cases, business requirements for each development initiative, and delivering strong presentations to support decision making. You will actively engage in technical product release communications, lead business specification reviews and align requirements with customers and product development function. Your responsibilities also include monitoring and leading initiatives for product maintenance, updates, or phase-outs, and fostering strong collaboration with Business Divisions and Product Development to align business insights with capabilities.

We imagine you possess a Bachelor/Master's degree in Engineering and have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including 5-10 years in the Product Management area. You have extensive working experience within Hardware & Digital Solutions in the renewables sector, particularly in Wind and P2X or the like.

You have a solid background in development of hardware solutions with embedded software solutions and a proven ability to ensure and deliver a competitive edge for a product group in the market. Strong technical and business acumen, combined with excellent program/project management and communication skills, are essential.

You are systematic and detail-oriented, particularly adept at understanding translation of technical to business risks, with strong skills in communicating these. High-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, along with fluent English, is required.
