Softpay is expanding and looking for a senior Technical Product Manager with solid experience from the payment industry – someone who is eager to continue our mission of extending and scaling a world-class global payment product.
You will join the Softpay product team in Copenhagen and take ownership of specific product areas, working closely with customers, partners, and the engineering team. Your ability to represent business users' needs while also understanding APIs and technical specifications will be key to your success.

Responsibilities
- Engage with merchants, integrators, and partners to understand their problems, and which features and capabilities deliver the most value.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with software engineers —balancing short-term priorities with long-term vision.
- Own and drive specific product areas and launch new capabilities and API features
- Support sales and marketing with product expertise and content, including participation in sales meetings.
Need-to-have
- 5 years in software product management, where you have brought products successfully from development to the market.
- 5 years of experience in the Payments domain, with an interest in contactless card payments.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to bridge business and engineering.
- Execution-oriented mindset, proactive, structured, detail-focused, and a great team player.
Good-to-have
- Experience with SaaS platforms, mobile applications and point-of-sales
- Developer experience and MSc in a relevant field
- Already living in Denmark
- Another major European language besides English. Danish is a plus, but not a requirement in our office which spans +10 nationalities.
