We are looking for a Senior Sales Coordinator to join VILA’s fast-growing CBO (Cross Border Online) team. With your strong experience in coordination and working with large customers, you will help shape how we work – guiding the team, sharing knowledge and inspiring us to raise the bar together.
THE TEAM
You will be a part of an ambitious and focused CBO Team of 10 people with different tasks and responsibilities within sales and support for Zalando, About You, Asos and other large online customers. Our highest priority is to ensure that our customers are experiencing the highest service level, the best product package and outstanding cooperation. We work in a fast-paced environment, where we believe that we achieve our success together as a team.
In this role, you will also work in close collaboration with our Sales department and NOOS (Never Out Of Stock) colleagues, ensuring strong alignment and seamless execution across all areas of our business.
THE JOB
As Senior Sales Coordinator, you will support some of VILA’s biggest online customers and ensure that our collaboration runs smoothly. The role covers essential administrative tasks such as order handling, follow-ups on product flow and preparation of statistics – all vital for the department’s success. You will drive collaboration and knowledge sharing among apprentices and coordinators, fostering teamwork while continuously strengthening and streamlining our sales support processes.
Beyond this, you will also be responsible for:
- Placing and following up on sales orders, ensuring deadlines and product flow are met
- Acting as direct contact for customers and participating in customer meetings
- Developing, integrating and supporting performance and analysis tools
- Building and validating reports in Excel and Power BI (product performance & customer behavior)
- Monitoring and analyzing KPIs to support commercial goals
- Identifying and solving challenges while providing constructive feedback

We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications to the job:
- Solid experience as a coordinator or in another relevant sales role, with a proven track record of working with large customers – preferably within the fashion industry
- Strong ability to make decisions based on sales data and analysis
- Experience in developing and implementing sales support policies and procedures
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
