Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced carcass process technologies and machinery.
- Drive and support R&D and manufacturing projects involving new equipment and process innovations.
- Analyze operational data to identify improvements in process performance, quality, and efficiency.
- Coordinate and participate in equipment testing, validation, and implementation trials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and R&D—both locally and globally.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing process development and/or industrial machinery design.
- Strong analytical mindset with a practical, hands-on approach to engineering challenges.
- Proficiency in CAD tools and engineering analysis techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in international, cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is essential; Danish proficiency is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
