The Role
In this role, you will explore and evaluate pre-trained large language models (LLMs) to identify the best use cases and ensure their effective application. You will also develop innovative prompting techniques and strategies to reduce hallucinations and improve the quality of generated outputs.
Additionally, you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement current solutions that reshape the financial crime risk management landscape.
Your Profile
To thrive in this role, you should have a strong technical foundation and a keen interest in innovation in AI. You bring expertise in Python and commonly used AI/ML libraries and frameworks, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face. Your knowledge of machine learning and deep learning techniques is complemented by a focus on natural language processing (NLP).
Other key qualifications include:
- Practical experience with prompting techniques (e.g., few-shot prompting, chain-of-thought prompting) and fine-tuning LLMs.
- Extensive experience in designing and building scalable data pipelines for generative AI solutions (e.g., SQL, APIs, vector databases, relational databases).
- Familiarity or direct experience with cloud data infrastructure, such as AWS, and optimising storage and query performance.
