About the team
The Global Strategy & Business Development team reports directly to Pandora’s CEO and plays a pivotal role in defining and executing our long-term strategy. We partner with senior and executive leaders across all functions and regions to deliver data-driven insights, identify strategic opportunities, and lead business critical projects across markets and functions. We combine a collaborative spirit with sharp problem-solving skills – and we’re proud to do it in a supportive and fun team environment.
What you’ll do
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll take the lead on critical workstreams within larger strategic projects or run full projects independently. You will contribute to shaping solutions and influencing outcomes, working closely with stakeholders across regions and functions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and contributing to strategic projects from issue definition and scoping to execution and implementation
- Framing problems and structuring analytical approaches, synthesizing insights from a variety of sources to support sound decision-making
- Owning workstreams or smaller, standalone projects, ensuring clear direction, timely delivery, and high-quality outcomes
- Conducting robust analysis and developing actionable recommendations for senior leadership in collaboration with Managers and Directors
- Coordinating across teams and collaborating across markets and functions, serving as a bridge between Strategy & Business Development and local or functional teams to align objectives and solutions
- Delivering crisp and actionable presentations to stakeholders at various levels
- Supporting implementation efforts and tracking impact of strategic initiatives
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to team development
What we are looking for
We are looking for a curious and self-driven Senior Consultant who thrives on solving complex challenges and taking the initiative. You’ll independently manage workstreams or lead smaller projects, collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders, and help shape strategic decisions that influence Pandora globally. You bring both strong execution and the ability to zoom out and see the bigger picture.
To succeed in this role, you ideally bring:
- 2–4 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, an in-house strategy team of a leading company, or a similar strategic role
- Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams or small-scale projects independently, with clear outcomes and stakeholder engagement
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, being able to structure complex challenges, conduct rigorous analysis, and generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting to senior audiences
- Ability to independently manage stakeholders and workstreams
- A structured, collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to building relationships across teams and functions
- Fluency in English at a professional level, additional language skills relevant to Pandora’s markets are a plus
- Master’s degree in business, strategy, economics, or a related discipline
- Experience in retail, consumer goods, or omnichannel environments is an advantage
