At Demant, we are looking for a Senior Campaign Manager for a one-year maternity cover, who will play a key role in shaping and executing global campaigns for the Philips Hearing Solutions brand. Based on our brand and marketing strategy, you will drive the development of compelling concepts and campaign packages to be rolled out globally.

Orchestrate Strategic Campaigns from Planning to Launch
As Senior Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing global campaigns that support our brand positioning, business goals, and market strategies. You will work in close collaboration with creative teams, brand teams, digital marketing, and stakeholders across our global organization - ensuring campaign alignment from idea to execution.
You can look forward to:

Co-developing a 36-month rolling marketing plan and contributing to annual marketing budget planning
Scoping and planning campaign launches in close alignment with the brand strategy -
Developing campaign strategies and concepts based on business cases and key stakeholder input
Ensuring campaigns are built on deep insights: from product features and audiology to market trends, user needs, and competitive dynamics -
Collect input from key markets for campaigns and ensure alignment across channels
Writing creative briefs for both our internal Global Marketing team and external agencies and leading the development in line with the Philips brand platform and visual identity -
Defining cross-channel elements in collaboration with digital and creative specialists
Follow up on campaign to inform future initiatives - Managing campaign timelines and budgets, including review and approval process

You will be part of the Philips Hearing Solutions Brand Marketing Team, which consists of three skilled professionals and reports directly to the Brand Director. Our team sits within the Global Marketing organization at Demant and works across functions to bring the brand strategy to life through creative, impactful campaigns.
We are based at Demant’s global headquarters in Smørum, Denmark, and offer a flexible hybrid work model with the opportunity to work remotely up to two days per week.
What we are looking for
You have extensive experience as a strategic marketer, demonstrating your ability to create impactful campaigns in both international B2B and B2C settings. You are experienced in turning complex topics – like hearing technology and audiology – into engaging and accessible communication. You thrive in cross-functional environments and navigate a global matrix organization.
We imagine that you have:
- A master’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Extensive experience with strategic marketing and campaign development – from a global company or creative agency
- Demonstrated ability to develop campaign platforms, message hierarchies, and multi-channel marketing packages
- Experienced project and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with creative teams and external agencies
- Effective communication skills in English – both written and spoken
- A well-organized and strategic approach, enabling effective project management towards desired outcomes
- Experience working across B2B and B2C marketing channels
- A digital-first mindset, with an understanding of how to leverage digital platforms to elevate brand engagement and campaign performance
