YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
As an Assistant Production Quality Engineer, you will be joining our RTW Production team, based at our HQ in Copenhagen.
Your mission? To support the delivery of flawless fit and finish in our production process by keeping technical documentation tight, samples moving, and communication flowing. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining specs, assisting in fittings, and supporting supplier communication from SMS through to shipment.
This is a unique opportunity to learn hands-on how quality is built into every seam, from the tech pack to the final garment. Working alongside experienced Garment Technologists, Production Managers, and Developers, you’ll help maintain product accuracy, track timelines, and support fit consistency across the collection.

- Assist in preparing and updating tech packs, BOMs, and measurement specs
- Support fitting sessions by preparing samples, documenting comments, and measuring garments
- Track and monitor sample status, lab dips, and testing reports
- Communicate fit and construction comments to suppliers under guidance
- Assist in monitoring incoming production for basic quality checks Organise sample management, record keeping, and tech archives
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or diploma in Fashion Technology, Garment Engineering, or a related field
- 0–2 years of industry experience (internships or placement years considered)
- Understanding of garment construction, basic pattern knowledge, and textiles
- Proficiency in Excel and Adobe Illustrator; PLM experience is a plus
- Strong organisational and communication skills Detail-oriented and proactive attitude toward learning

This role offers occasional travel to factories and warehouses as needed, giving you valuable hands-on exposure to the production process. You’ll receive comprehensive training in garment technology tools, PLM systems, and quality control processes, ensuring you build a strong technical foundation.
