Portfolio Manager, Digitalization & Technology

We are looking for experienced Portfolio Manager who wants to take up on new opportunity

Job offers chance to be part of Norlys’ journey towards a digital provider of Energy and Telco services. We expect you to be able to create good partnership across the organization and capture needs and funnel it into meaningful portfolio that is also executable for our development teams.

New established team and keep a leading role in the agile transformation in Norlys

You will work together with several stakeholders such as Architects, Product Managers, Finance and Commercial Managers.

Establishment and management of portfolio for digital development in co-op with Business units and Product areas
Building and communicating pipeline in sub-portfolios
Coordinating financial and capacity planning for development teams
Organizing funneling of business requirement into development backlogs
Handling Epics in respective Business Area

Is this you?

We think that you are invested in handling complex scenarios with thrive to get people involved and exited on the task at hand. You enjoy building structure and at the same time motivate yourself. You should have the ability to handle changing situations.

You come up with new initiatives and plan accordingly to handle and development
You anticipate problems, evaluate long term and short term plans to mitigate
You seek for ways to build network with people - to establish trust and obtain collaboration

Your Experience:

Working experience in IT development
Previous experience with for Portfolio management
Practical skill with SAFe and agile methods
Certification for Lean Portfolio Manager or other certification in SAFe is considered as an advantage
