Your new role
As a LEAN & Digitalization Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will play a pivotal role in driving competitive advantage and operational excellence. You will lead a dedicated team of 7-8 individuals to develop a strategic roadmap and vision for advancing our LEAN objectives with an organizational scope of more than 700 people and is in Kalundborg.
As a LEAN & Digitalization Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will play a pivotal role in driving competitive advantage and operational excellence. You will lead a dedicated team of 7-8 individuals to develop a strategic roadmap and vision for advancing our LEAN objectives with an organizational scope of more than 700 people and is in Kalundborg.
In this role you will:
- Act as a change agent, guiding the organization towards a more efficient, productive and customer focused future by embracing the cLEAN Supply System.
- Drive the strategy deployment and Hoshin Kanri process across FPM DK KA
- Balance running, developing, and transforming the business to achieve sustainable success.
- Foster high levels of engagement, organizational health, and capability building within the team.
- Identify areas for waste reduction, streamlining processes, and facilitating employee training through engagement in LEAN principles.

The department I characterized by having competencies and processes supporting other area, why you will have sparring partners with similar dilemmas and stakeholder landscape nearby. Your skills and qualifications

- MSc or BSc in engineering, business administration, pharmaceutical, or a related field.
- LEAN Certification at Green Belt or higher is preferred.
- Experience in a product supply environment and/or management consulting is an advantage.
- 2 years or more of leadership experience is preferred.
- Experience in GxP-regulated environments is preferred.
- Proficient in English; Danish language skills are an advantage.
