People & Culture Transformation Director
Are you an innovative leader ready to guide large-scale transformation initiatives? We’re looking for a People & Culture Transformation Director to lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of our People & Culture transformation. Your contributions will be vital in guiding the future development of our People & Culture function and maintaining alignment with our corporate objectives.
What you’ll be doing
As a key member of our Group People & Culture, you will lead innovative projects, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure global alignment with the functions.
Your primary tasks and responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the complete P&C Transformation journey, from designing a strategic P&C operating model to executing a comprehensive business transformation
- Being accountable for successful P&C transformation and full implementation of the operating model
- Establishing P&C governance frameworks to ensure compliance and maintain strategic alignment
- Owning the overall P&C transformation agenda, deployment and transition plan, including the tracking and escalation of any changes to plans
- Guiding the organization through significant changes in people & culture practices, processes, and technology, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption
- Identifying people processes flow gaps and driving the implementation of people process technology solutions that streamline processes, improve data analytics, and provide valuable insights for informed decision-making
- Measuring and analysing the impact of transformation efforts, using KPIs and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Leading and mentoring an effective transformation team.
- Providing regular updates to senior leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities.
What we’re looking for
To excel in this role, we are looking for a strategist with a passion for transformation and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, leadership, and analytical skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively and drive plans into reality across global markets.
To be more specific, we are looking for a colleague who:
- Has a Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Has proven experience managing large-scale, complex transformation programs, ideally in an international environment.
- Has a track record of successful transformations in people & culture function (from ideation to the full implementation of the new operating model)
- Has deep knowledge of change management frameworks
- Has strong experience with People & Culture operating models, service delivery, and digital HR solutions.
- Has experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Is skilled in establishing governance structures and managing transformation risks.
- Has experience working with executive leadership teams and global stakeholders.
- Can interpret data and KPIs to inform strategy and track progress.
- Has experience leading diverse, high-performing teams in a matrixed environment.
- Is a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and systems thinking.
- Is a confident decision-maker with excellent influencing skills at the executive level.
- Is emotionally intelligent, resilient, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
- Is an exceptional communicator, able to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Is a collaborative leader who builds trust and drives cross-functional alignment.
