Today we are running 100+ JACK & JONES Outlet stores, across 20 countries. JJXX is our new female sub brand to JACK&JONES, where we are planning to open stores with within the coming 3 years. And if you think that’s already ambitious, at the same time we are enlarging our JUNIOR business as well.
We are looking for a new colleague to shape the visual merchandising strategy for JACK & JONES, JJXX, and JUNIOR – and to join our Retail team at our headquarters in Brande.
YOUR TEAM
You will become part of a dedicated Outlet Team which consists of a Head of Outlet, a Buyer, a Buying assistant, a Planner, a Visual Merchandise Coordinator and an Outlet Coordinator– all dedicated to growing our Outlet business. It is a young team, with a mix of nationalities.
The Outlet team is part of the Retail department, consisting of more than 30 colleagues with competences that span the entire retail area – from retail operations, planning, buying and visual merchandising to establishing stores, omnichannel and digital initiatives. Together, we contribute to keeping our +1000 stores running, while continuously expanding our business and optimizing the way we operate.

YOUR ROLE
As an Outlet Visual Merchandiser your biggest responsibility will be developing the Visual Merchandising Strategy for our new concepts. Together with the Outlet Buying Team and your coordinator, you will develop the visual product strategy and visual merchandising tools. You will host international webinars, develop creative presentations, and ensure that local teams have the right tools and training to execute the concept.
More specifically, your responsibilities include:
- Developing and presenting the seasonal visual product strategy for JACK&JONES, JJXX and JUNIOR Outlet stores.
- Creating opening plans for new stores to open – and occasionally supporting them on site.
- Driving the Visual Merchandising strategy across all markets and supporting with monthly overviews and plans.
- Conducting store checks,market visits, and local training sessions.

YOUR PROFILE
You are structured, creative and have a strong understanding of visual merchandising and retail. You know how to drive projects, inspire others, and bring strategies to life across borders. You have an eye for detail when it comes to styling, visual presentation and communication.
To succeed in the role, you also have the following qualifications:
- Experience working with visual merchandising, preferably from a strategic role.
- Strong coordination and communication skills – both written and spoken.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset and the ability to manage multiple markets and stakeholders.
- Experience with visual tools and presentations (graphic understanding is a plus).
- Strong in working Microsoft office package especially Power Point.
- Skills in Adobe are considered as a plus.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken. Other European languages are considered as a plus.
