To support this growth, we are seeking a proactive and structured Order Fulfillment Representative to join our dedicated team in Kolding. In this essential role, you will act as a critical link between our customers, the sales team, and the supply chain, ensuring our commitments are met consistently and effectively.

Job Responsibilities
As our new Order Fulfillment Representative, you will be entrusted with the critical task of managing customer orders while providing essential support to our expanding business. You will oversee the complete order process—from receiving and recording orders to ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining clear communication with our valued customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Efficiently managing the order handling process within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring accuracy in registration, confirmation, and follow-up actions.
- Being the main point of contact for customers, addressing queries related to delivery timelines, order modifications, and shipping logistics.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues in the Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance departments to ensure smooth and reliable execution of orders while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Background & Skills
We are in search of a service-oriented, disciplined, and effective team player who thrives in a collaborative atmosphere. You should possess natural organizational skills, enabling you to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively while demonstrating a strong commitment to both customer and colleague support.
To excel in this role, you should ideally possess:
- A background in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to work effectively across various functions and cultures.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach, complemented by a natural sense of structure and the ability to see tasks through to completion.
While experience with SAP or SAP S/4HANA will be viewed favourably, it is not mandatory. Proficiency in English is essential for this position.
