We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with strong expertise in Cisco router installation and configuration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure to ensure high availability and security across all systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and other networking equipment.
- Perform network upgrades, migrations, and expansions.
- Conduct network performance monitoring and implement optimization measures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, latency, and performance issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement secure network solutions.
- Maintain network documentation, including topology diagrams and configuration details.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
- Provide technical support for escalated network-related issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Cisco router installation and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLAN, STP, EtherChannel).
- Experience with firewall configuration and network security best practices.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities.
