Haarslev Industries is an innovative company that creates processing solutions to help the global environment. We are currently looking for a Legal Assistant to join us on a one-year contract starting November 2025.
What you will be doing
As part of our legal team, you will:
- Provide general legal support
- Assist with new and existing contractual matters, such as reviewing contracts, including sales, purchase, and other types of agreements.
- Assist in negotiating agreements to ensure Haarslev’s position remains strong.
- Maintain a clear overview of contracts to support our focus on staying organized.
- Help standardize terms and conditions and ensure compliance with GDPR requirements.
- Assist in managing insurances and the legal aspects related to Haarslev’s organizational setup.
- Support our VP HR & Legal and Senior Legal Counsel by preparing legal updates for meetings.
- Day-to-day administrative support in Legal.
You will join the HR & Legal Department and report directly to our Senior Legal Counsel.
Is this you?
We do not expect you to have extensive experience in the legal field, as you will receive thorough training. However, it is important that you have a keen interest in the legal field. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who:
- can confidently handle new or unexpected challenges.
- works in a structured way and keeps things organized.
- gets things done – not just planned
- like to solve problems and making decisions – even in tricky situations.
- preferably holds a degree or have studied subjects in law.
