Are you a recent graduate with a cand.jur. or cand.merc.jur. degree , or have you just completed your bachelor’s degree in law? At UXV Technologies , we’re looking for a Legal Assistant to join our growing Legal & HR team. You’ll work closely with our Head of Legal and get hands-on experience across a wide range of legal areas – from commercial contracts and GDPR to employment law, IP rights, and international mobility. What You’ll Be DoingDraft, review, and update legal documents such as contracts, NDAs, license agreements, and DPAs
Assist with GDPR compliance and internal privacy guidance
Work on employment law and immigration-related matters
Support our IP strategy, including trademark and licensing tasks
Conduct legal research and prepare internal briefings
Help manage communication with authorities, partners, and vendors
Maintain and improve internal legal templates and guidelines
Completed degree in cand.jur. , cand.merc.jur. , or a bachelor’s degree in law
Interest in fields such as contract law, GDPR, IP rights, employment law, and international mobility
Sharp attention to detail and a structured, proactive mindset
Ability to communicate legal matters clearly and simply
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English
Located in or willing to commute to our office in Ishøj (Capital Region)
