We have an exciting position as Leader for our Wash and Sterilisation Process Support team in Supply & Formulation responsible for operating existing wash and sterilisation equipment in the insulin filling facility in Bagsværd.

Your new role
As the Leader of our Process Support team in Supply & Formulation, you will be at the helm of a group of highly skilled professionals committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This role is based at our Aseptic Manufacturing Production Facility in Bagsværd, and you'll have the opportunity to support operations involving critical wash and sterilization equipment.
The team is responsible for:
  • Supporting the production by being present to support on shop floor.
  • Safeguarding documentation and support decision making regarding wash and sterilisation processes and new equipment.
  • Support investment projects with resources and knowledge on wash and sterilisation processes.

Your skills and qualifications
You are a talented leader with 3+ years of impactful leadership experience, holding a master’s degree in a relevant professional or business discipline. While experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous, your proactive learning attitude, curiosity, and adaptability to our unique culture are what truly matter.

Your new department
In Supply & Formulation within Aseptic Manufacturing site Bagsværd, we have a team of approximately 190 employees from various professional backgrounds, including operators, technicians, leaders and support staff. Our department is responsible for operating the existing wash and sterilization equipment in the insulin filling facility as well as driving and supporting our formulation processes. The site is currently running several major investment projects. A lot of new wash and sterilization equipment is being upgraded and implemented over the coming years and you will play an integral role in this expansion. Within the W&S department, you will collaborate closely with the other leaders in the area and will report directly to the Senior Director. The current W&S Process Support team has employees with various levels of experience that will be looking to you for guidance, coaching and support. We have a very supportive and inclusive culture in our team and at the site in general.
