THE ROLE
NOOS stands for Never Out Of Stock – our promise to always have our core styles available, no matter the season. Think of it as the backbone of our business: timeless essentials like jeans, tees and shirts that are always in demand.
As a Junior Demand Planner, you’ll help make that promise a reality. You’ll forecast demand, analyse trends and be in a highly collaborative role at the heart of the business. Expect to work closely with buyers, sales markets and production teams to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time – without overstocking or missing a beat.
More specifically, your tasks include:
- Forecast demand for NOOS products across multiple product categories.
- Analyse sales, stock and market data to optimise availability.
- Collaborate with buyers and production planners to align supply with demand.
- Support weekly and monthly planning meetings with key stakeholders.
- Help prepare reports and insights that drive smarter decisions.
YOUR PROFILE
You’re analytical, detail-oriented and thrive on working with data. You approach your work in a structured and proactive way, and you’re motivated by understanding what drives customer demand. You enjoy working in an open and fast-paced environment, where collaboration is key and every day brings something new.
Most importantly, you’re eager to grow. You actively seek out opportunities to learn, develop your skills and support your colleagues along the way.
We imagine that you:
- Hold a degree in business, supply chain, economics or a related field.
- Are either a recent graduate or have up to a couple of years of relevant experience.
- Have solid skills in Microsoft Excel .
- Are fluent in English – both written and spoken.
