You will join our Finance organization as a Business Specialist in the Sales and VAT Compliance agile team, responsible for delivering solutions that secure legal compliance in invoicing and ensure timely and correct VAT reporting. Team product is focused on invoice content and distribution, enablement of e-documents, and indirect tax reporting.

WHAT YOUR JOB WILL BE ABOUT
As a Business Specialist, you will act as the Global Process Owner (GPO) for invoicing and indirect tax compliance, leading process direction and governance. You will shape and clarify development needs for upcoming business and legal requirements, working closely with the Product Owner, agile team members and other stakeholders to align scope and successful solution implementation.
Furthermore, your tasks and responsibilities in the job will include:
- Govern end-to-end view of change and ensure that quality is embedded from the earliest stages of development, while continuously balancing risk through close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Taking business-oriented Agile roles to facilitate IT delivery.
- Communicating with Finance managers, IT delivery members and other stakeholders ensure timely and compliant solutions.
- Actively participating in IT delivery planning and Agile team sessions.
WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Have 3+ years of experience from a similar position
- Have a master’s degree in economics, finance, audit, IT or similar
- Quickly master complex systems and have a flair for IT
- Pays attention to details and execute tasks with a high-level of quality and accuracy
- Having experience with project management and the ability to drive initiatives from start to finish is considered a plus
- Have people and communication skills and communicate fluently in English – ability to communicate in Danish is considered a plus
- Have experience with IT development would be considered a plus
