INSTALLATION SUPERVISORS German speaking

Vento is looking for experienced and well-structured Installation Supervisors to lead on-site operations on behalf of our clients.

In this role, you will manage installation teams, secure top-quality execution, and ensure a safe and productive work environment.

To succeed, you need resilience, strong leadership skills, the ability to multitask – and fluency in German.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enforce HSE policies and site-specific safety programs.
• Implement and monitor Quality Control Plans, ensuring subcontractor compliance.
• Oversee and document all installation activities.
• Supervise daily progress and secure alignment with project timelines and contracts.
• Manage inventory of materials and tools, including calibration checks.
• Conduct safety and quality inspections throughout the project.
• Handle final inventory and site handover upon project completion.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Installation Supervisor with OEMs.
• Valid GWO certification.
• Proven track record in large-scale project execution.
• Fluent in English and German (spoken & written), with strong IT skills.
• Professional, open-minded, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Driver’s license and EU Passport required
