We’re looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on doer to shape the future of how our people grow, perform, and lead. As a key member of the People Leadership Team, you’ll be the architect and builder of our people development strategy – designing programs that empower employees, strengthen leadership, and help the business thrive.
This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who loves making an impact through influence, not hierarchy. You’ll have a “People Product” mindset, spotting opportunities, designing solutions, and bringing them to life – all while keeping both employee experience and business needs in perfect balance.
What will you do?
Set the vision – Own the strategy and roadmap for all things organizational and people development. From employee growth and performance management to leadership development, you’ll design, launch, and continuously improve programs that matter.
Be a trusted partner – Work closely with the CPCO, People Partners, and leaders across the business to solve challenges, spark ideas, and make things happen.
Grow our leaders – Define what great leadership looks like here, create development and assessment programs, and make sure they stick – in close partnership with our People Partners.
Level up performance – Refine our approach to feedback, goal-setting, and career progression. Make sure our performance cycle links meaningfully to recognition and rewards.
Measure the impact – Track, evaluate, and report on the success of your programs. Give the C-level and Board the insights they need to see how we’re growing as an organization.

Experience building people development strategies and programs from the ground up.
A proven ability to deliver initiatives like leadership development, performance management, and career frameworks, tailored to the organization’s needs – blending deep expertise with fresh, creative thinking.
A “builder” mindset – you’re as comfortable shaping the strategy as you are getting into the details to make it real.
The ability to influence and gain buy-in from leaders at every level, including the C-suite.
A product mindset when it comes to People work – balancing employee needs with business priorities.
Solid analytical skills and the ability to use data to make decisions and prove impact.
