As part of the team, you will facilitate assessment of supply chain and trade compliance across Vestas’ value stream. The scope spans from trade and compliance assessment of offshore wind parks to supply chain compliance of new Vestas factories and production for new markets in the existing network. Your previous experience will support the implementation and anchoring of new ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Support supply chain and trade compliance assessments for international project sales, in close cooperation with global and regional functions such as Offshore Sales, Construction, Tax, Customs, Finance, Supply Chain, and Digital Solutions
- Develop and anchor change management concepts and communication strategies across the area
- Process conceptualization and documentation - Ensure that the right processes are in place, cross-functional integration is aligned, and documentation is in order. Contribute to developing, defining, implementing, and documenting solutions across the full value chain when new trade flows are introduced
- Facilitate agile ways of working and promote an agile mindset across the team
- Stakeholder management - Engage with stakeholders from all areas of the value chain and collaborate with colleagues from across the business
- Delivery coordination and follow-through - Ensure that business requirements are clearly communicated, clarified, and delivered by the solution team (Product Owner)
Qualifications
- A degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Development or similar - alternatively, relevant equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years’ work experience developing global trade concepts, processes, and solution design in an international organization
- Experience with change management, stakeholder engagement, agile methodologies, and Microsoft Azure; preferably certified Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, including modules such as GTS, SD, MM, TMS, FI, and integration with tax, trade, and intercompany processes
- Familiarity with supply chain compliance, VAT, duty, procurement, and trade management
- Previous experience in the wind energy or maritime sector, or relevant experience from a commercial, manufacturing, finance, or systems perspective
- Experience with the Puls toolbox from Netcompany is an advantage

Additional information
The position can be based in either Aarhus or Copenhagen, Denmark, with an expectation to work on-site at least three days per week. Travel of 10 - 25 days per year should be expected.
