Then you may be the profile we are looking for in the Global Clinical Compliance function in Global Clinical Delivery. As the industry is adapting to the changes in the regulatory requirements, introducing new technologies and navigating an ever increased complexity resources with profound knowledge of GCP become key.

Ferring + you
You will join our Global Clinical Compliance team, part of Ferring’s Global Clinical Delivery organization. We are 10 collaborative colleagues who drive global clinical compliance by supporting compliant and efficient clinical processes and systems. With our different backgrounds and experiences, we provide support to the Global Clinical Delivery organization in relation to processes, GCP, SOPs, systems and training, and manage public disclosure.
Your day at Ferring
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our SOP framework and day-to-day execution of clinical trials is performed in a compliant and efficient manner. You will be involved in impact assessments and subsequent changes to SOPs, as well as providing clinical staff with guidance and support in the clinical trial planning, preparation and execution. You will:
- Ensure GCP quality assurance globally by building quality into the clinical processes in line with industry’s best practices and regulations
- Provide GCP advice to the clinical organization globally
- Keep up to date with regards to GCP and regulations with an impact on clinical trial processes
- Participate in the planning of SOP updates, including development and maintenance
- Contribute to regulatory inspections within Clinical R&D
- Drive our quarterly compliance and quality agenda and meetings

We imagine that you have:
- Experience within clinical development
- Solid knowledge of GCP (from similar function or from GCP auditing)
- Good understanding of writing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- A degree in life science or pharmacy
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate with colleagues from all parts of the organization
