Are you a skilled baker or pastry chef with a passion for craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail?
We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our in-house pastry team at one of our exclusive clients in central Copenhagen.
Your new team
Our team produces bread, laminated pastries, cakes, chocolates and candies for our two in-house cafés/bakeries, state-of-the-art meeting and conference center and a rooftop venue.
Our wide-ranging and high-volume production creates a dynamic pastry kitchen where a methodical, organized professional with high attention to detail will thrive.
Your role
You will be responsible for the production and baking of laminated dough across all departments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with both laminated and yeasted doughs to produce croissants, traditional Danish pastry, cardamom buns, cinnamon rolls, and other specialty items
- Managing the full process from production and proofing to baking of all items
- Ensuring consistent quality, cleanliness, and optimal stock levels
- Following high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Ordering and maintaining the stock of raw ingredients
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who:
- Is punctual and comfortable with early morning hours
- Is a responsible professional who takes initiative in their section
- Shows integrity, consistency, and a high standard of craftsmanship
- Communicates and collaborates well across multiple teams in a large facility
- Has experience in bakery or pastry production, is eager to learn, and enjoys sharing knowledge
- Works with precision, structure and strong attention to detail
What we offer
- Full-time position: 37 hours per week
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 04:00–12:00 (most weekends off)
