Our team is in search of an Ecom Operations Specialist to ensure our worldwide online operations run effectively and get better each day. You’ll be the engine of our ecommerce operations, ensuring orders flow seamlessly, stock is in check, campaigns go live on time, and data stays sharp. With an eye for detail and a drive for improvement, you’ll collaborate across Finance, Logistics, and Planning to streamline processes, solve challenges, and build more automated, future-ready operations.
Key responsibilities
Oversee daily Ecom operations, including internal reporting and coordinating with Logistics and Planning.
Set up campaigns, promotions, and voucher codes across ecommerce platforms.
Oversee inventory management and ensure timely follow-up.
Support operations by identifying and resolving data inconsistencies.
Contribute to product creation, price updates, and ensure consistent data accuracy across systems.
Reconcile ecommerce sales with finance records and support related reporting processes.
Identify opportunities to automate tasks, prevent recurring pain points, and streamline workflows, ensuring continuous improvement of operations.
Identify and resolve assortment challenges and opportunities to ensure consistent growth in our Ecom sales.
What you bring
We’re seeking an engaged individual with experience in ecommerce operations, order management, or supply chain coordination.
Moreover, you bring:
A keen eye for detail with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Good understanding of data flows between ecommerce platforms, ERP, and finance systems.
Ability to balance active daily operations with project-based improvements.
Motivated and resourceful – you are capable of addressing challenges with confidence.
Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving international environment.

Compensation: Comprehensive salary and benefits package.
