About the role:
As a Customer Account Executive for small and medium-sized businesses (SMB), you will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with Keepit’s customers and partners across the Nordics and Central & Eastern Europe (CEE). Based in Copenhagen, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our SMB segment, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes with Keepit. Your focus will be on driving satisfaction, retention, and growth by delivering value, supporting our partners, and helping customers optimize their experience with Keepit.
Key responsibilities
Drive growth & retention: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, secure renewals, and help customers expand their usage of Keepit solutions.
Partner & customer engagement: Build strong relationships by understanding business needs, meeting with partners, and aligning Keepit’s solutions to their goals.
Onboarding & adoption: Guide new customers and partners through onboarding and product implementation, ensuring a smooth start and quick time-to-value.
Education & enablement: Deliver product training and ongoing guidance to maximize customer adoption and success.
Proactive account management: Monitor usage and health metrics, share product updates, and proactively address risks or opportunities for growth.
Customer advocacy & feedback: Act as the customer’s voice internally, providing feedback to improve the product and overall experience.
What we´re looking for:
Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role within B2B SaaS.
Strong communicator who builds trust and long-term relationships with ease.
Commercial mindset with experience driving renewals, expansions, or account growth.
Proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced and evolving environments.
Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
Experienced with CRM and success tools (e.g., Salesforce, SFDC and Dealhub, and quick to pick up new systems.
Track record of delivering customer value and measurable impact on engagement and satisfaction.
