As Crew Member, you have multiple roles - from Front Desk Attendant to Greeter and Bartender - and you also perform a number of different tasks.
You begin your shift by greeting any remaining guests in the lobby, checking and responding to emails, and handling guest inquiries. You then run all the necessary reports to ensure everything is in order for the day ahead. Next, you prepare for incoming arrivals by organizing and updating the day’s reservations. You also print out all relevant lists for the housekeeping and breakfast teams to support smooth operations.
Together with your morning shift colleague, you set up the breakfast buffet and assist guests with their check-outs, ensuring a pleasant and efficient departure process. Later in the shift, you support the bar operations — assisting guests, helping prepare and serve light lunches or meals, and ensuring the area is stocked and clean. You also tidy and reset the bar and lobby to prepare for the next team.
Finally, you complete your shift by handing over all relevant information to the incoming crew, including any unresolved issues, guest requests, or important updates.
What is required?
- Experience in hospitality is a plus
- Good knowledge of customer relations
- Good command of the Danish and English language
