In this role, you will manage and continuously develop our Azure cloud infrastructure and endpoint environment, with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune. You will ensure our infrastructure and devices are secure, automated, and aligned with best practices - empowering our business with a reliable and future-ready digital platform.
Your responsibilities
Azure Infrastructure Management
- Deploy and maintain core Azure services: virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity services.
- Automate provisioning with ARM/Bicep templates, PowerShell, and Azure CLI.
- Monitor performance and health using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
- Troubleshoot incidents and implement governance policies, tagging standards, and access controls.
Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management
- Configure and manage Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager across Windows, iOS/iPadOS, and Android.
- Handle device provisioning, enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and conditional access.
- Manage application deployment (Win32, MSI, Store, and line-of-business apps).
- Oversee patch management and secure endpoint lifecycle processes.
Identity & Security (in collaboration with Security Team)
- Integrate Intune with Azure AD Conditional Access and RBAC.
- Ensure device compliance aligns with corporate security standards.
- Resolve Azure AD join/registration and hybrid identity issues.
Automation & Scripting
- Automate infrastructure and endpoint tasks using PowerShell, Graph API, and Intune APIs.
- Create proactive monitoring and remediation scripts with clear documentation.
Collaboration & Support
- Act as an escalation point for advanced infrastructure and endpoint issues.
- Collaborate across infrastructure, security, app support, and service desk teams.
- Participate in IT projects, onboarding services, and improvement initiatives.
- Maintain technical documentation and user-facing guides.
Additional focus areas
- Manage and optimize print services for efficiency and security.
- Oversee client device application lifecycle management.
The team & stakeholders
You will join the Operations team (5 employees in Copenhagen) within IT Operations, collaborating closely with the Service Desk team (14 employees in Copenhagen, Alkmaar, and Budapest). You’ll also work cross-functionally with teams in development, D365, data & analytics, AI, integrations, IT security, and external vendors. The role reports directly to the Head of IT Operations and sits within our newly unified global Digital organization.
Who you are:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune and modern device management.
- Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104) and Intune certification (e.g., MD-102) are a plus.
- Fluent in English; Danish proficiency is beneficial.
Skills & competencies:
- Deep technical knowledge of Azure (VMs, networking, identity) and Intune (device provisioning, compliance).
- Strong automation skills (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Graph API).
- Experience with application deployment and OS packaging.
- Familiarity with enterprise print services (e.g., FollowMe print).
- Analytical mindset, structured work approach, and strong collaboration skills.
