We’re looking for a strategic and business-oriented B2B Web UX and Performance Specialist to take ownership of Ambu's public websites. And drive measurable impact.
A role with global impact
As our Web UX and Performance Specialist, you’ll lead the optimization of Ambu's public websites, aligning them with our brand and business strategy. Based at our headquarters in Ballerup, you’ll join the Digital Marketing Team within Global Brand & Marketing Communication, collaboration with colleagues across HQ and international sales territories.
With an analytical mindset and hands-on approach, you’ll help take our websites to the next level—uncovering insights, identifying opportunities, and executing optimizations that enhance user journeys and drive conversions.
You’ll work with existing and new landing, campaign, and product pages – applying UX, CRO, and SEO best practices. You’ll also support and guide local editors to ensure consistent, high-performing web experiences across markets.
Key responsibilities
Performance Optimization (50%)
Track, analyze, and report on website performance – uncovering trends, pain points, and opportunities using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar
Make data-driven recommendations for UX, CRO, and SEO improvements, and execute and test changes in close collaboration with relevant teams
Collaborate closely with the Digital, Brand, and MarCom teams to ensure web content and user journeys are optimized for performance and aligned with key business objectives
Run A/B tests or iterative experiments to validate improvements and continuously refine performance
Web management (50%)
Own and optimize the global websites, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
Deliver and publish high-performing landing, campaign, and product pages in collaboration with MarCom and Brand
Support localization efforts and regional needs
Manage publishing workflows and regulatory documentation within regulatory IT system
Provide support for Ambu.com corporate units, e.g., HR, IR, and ESG activities
Suggested candidate profile
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong track record in developing and managing high-performing B2B global websites, with expertise in UX, web design, and copywriting. You’re analytical, data-driven, and comfortable setting KPIs to guide performance. You thrive in dynamic environments, take ownership, and collaborate well across teams.
You bring:
In-depth experience working in a global HQ setting, ensuring high-quality websites within defined frameworks, optimizing user experience and conversion rate
Strong understanding of B2B customer journeys and strategies for improving performance
An analytical mindset and business-oriented approach to website optimization, with the ability to extract, interpret, and make data driven recommendations using tools such as GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Hotjar, and A/B split testing tools
Practical, hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Dynamic Web 9 is a plus)
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in website UX and performance management
