C ore Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day operations within Sustainable Operations team:
- Support the team with data preparation for monthly reporting
- Investigate if current data sourcing for different reporting could be optimized
- Help strengthen our data quality by ensuring follow up on identified data challenges
- Collaborate with colleagues in team and contribute to ongoing product development (e.g. Monday.com, Databricks and Power BI) to ensure improved data quality
- Help create and maintain documentation for processes and digital products
- Help develop support & training material for team on how to use the different tools applied in the team

S ustainable Operations is the global department within LEGO Group that leads the change journey towards zero environmental impact in our factories. We lead, design and implement sustainable solutions primarily within energy/CO2, water, and waste - in a circular mindset. Moreover, we are responsible for managing the tracking of realized reductions towards zero-impact, and the programme office for sustainability in Engineering & Workplace. We identify and implement reduction projects in close collaboration with the production sites and other partners.

Do you have what it takes?
- It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker.
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT or business-related field or equivalent working experience.
- Curious about how to apply data to support decision making in daily operations.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn about Power BI, PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Good understanding of SharePoint.
- Currently pursuing hands-on experience during the last year of relevant educational program.
- Strong desire to learn and grow.
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to adapt to new challenges.
- Eagerness to collaborate with experienced professionals.
- Committed to continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of cloud-based project management & documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Monday.com.
- Knowledge of Databricks would be an advantage.
- Fluent in English.
