In this role, you’ll immerse yourself in the dynamic world of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) at Siemens Gamesa in our office in Brande as our new Student Worker. You’ll contribute to meaningful projects that craft the future of our wind turbine product portfolio. You’ll work within a collaborative team culture that values continuous improvement and innovation. Your efforts will directly impact our team, improve customer happiness, and align with Siemens Energy’s mission to drive balanced energy solutions. You'll acquire in-depth insight into the company and improve your data management skills, witnessing firsthand how data brings value to the business.
How You’ll Make an Impact
You will be participating in the definition, communication, and improvement of the PLM process framework. Tasks will include:
- Detailed description of processes and deliverables
- Crafting communication and training materials
- Training of program teams in selected processes
- Maintaining our Sharepoint-based PLM process framework
Additionally, you will be assigned to support a group of product development programs in the corporate Technology function. Your responsibilities with the programs include:
- Setting up project sites in Microsoft Sharepoint
- Managing deliverables and documentation in the projects using SharePoint and PowerBI
- Supporting the program management teams in applying the processes to their specific projects
What You Bring
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Technology Management, Business, or related fields. We welcome different backgrounds, as a strong interest in technology is the most important factor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (SharePoint, Excel, PowerBI) at a superuser level.
- Experience with AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, is a plus.
- A structured mentality with the ability to handle large data sets.
- Strong communication skills in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in English; Danish and/or Spanish are advantageous.
- A proactive approach to challenges and a desire to achieve the best results.
- A keen technical interest and enthusiasm for innovation.

Location: Brande, Denmark
Part-time: 8-25 hours per week. We offer flexibility with your school schedule, but you can expect to work at the Brande office for two days a week, with the possibility of working from home once you are settled into the role.
