Core Responsibilities
These roles sit in LEGO Retail or our Global Commercial Development organization and will support our efforts to build engaging training content for store staff development. This means:
- Discovery: Collaborate with our teams across markets and channels to discover and cater to the training needs of store teams globally
- Project development: Develop engaging content and training programmes to build capabilities of store staff within novelty launches, selling skills, merchandizing, retail management.
- Project execution: Collaborate with our colleagues to ensure the training content can be deployed via online platform in a user friendly way
- Roll-out: Build and execute communication plans towards our teams across markets for strong training programme deployment.
- Reporting and evaluation: Collect and analyse reports on program satisfaction and impact to ensure continuous improvement.
- Assist with day-to-day operations: Support with various administrative tasks, including planning, communication, and logistics for courses/programs (course setup, tracking, and measuring).
- Technical proficiency: Proficiency in video and podcast development.
- Share fresh ideas: Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas to improve projects and streamline operations.
Additionally, we will aim to support Student worker’s thesis topic with a relevant opportunity within the LEGO Company. Ideally, we are looking for candidates who can work for 18-24 months in the role.
Do you have what it takes?
- Ongoing master’s in business administration or other similar relevant background with expected completion 2027
- Strong analytical skills and good attention to detail
- Outgoing personality who takes initiative, recognizes, and acts on opportunities
- Master English both verbally and written at advanced level
- Is able to work independently assuming a clear direction of delivery
