Here is what the job entails
In this role, you will work closely with the Strategic Project Manager and PA to support our Senior Vice President of Heat/Cooling and the leadership team. Your work will range from operational and administrative tasks to contributing to communication initiatives across the division. You will help ensure that stakeholders receive relevant information in a clear format, while bringing creative input to strengthen collaboration.
More specifically, you will be:
- Supporting our Senior Vice President with calendar coordination, meeting planning, and daily administration
- Assisting in preparing materials for key meetings, such as Town Halls, leader meetings, and business review meetings, ensuring timely input and creative contributions
- Drafting internal communication content (e.g., monthly updates, presentations, emails) and contribute to leadership messaging
- Helping coordinate visits, trainings, and events for customers, and employees
- Solving day-to-day ad hoc tasks and act as a creative sparring partner for team initiatives

You will work closely with our Strategic Project Manager and PA, who support the Senior Vice President of Heat/Cooling and the leadership team. While you will not be a direct member of the management team, you will collaborate with colleagues from across the division from Business Developers and Product Managers to Specialists in market insights and communication. - Are studying Economics, Business Administration, Financial Management and Services, Global Business Engineering, Communication or another related field
- Have strong communication skills enabling you to navigate in a large organization while managing multiple stakeholders
- Have a creative mindset and can handle confidential information with discretion
- Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining an overview
- Are structured and proactive in your workapproach
