THE ROLE
As a member of the Global Data & Analytics Team, the Senior Specialist is an everyday partner with the European Loyalty team centrally and across business units. In this role, you’ll be responsible for doing data analysis and delivering insights into one of the top loyalty programs globally. You will have a unique opportunity to get to know our business through our data, influence how this program develops, and grow and learn professionally.

Highly data-driven and innovative, the program leverages advanced segmentation, behavioral analysis, and predictive modeling to create personalized offers that enhance customer engagement and long-term value. As the program continues to grow rapidly, it plays a critical role in building lasting relationships and driving our business forward.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Work closely with Loyalty Managers and our Loyalty Analytics team to do data analysis and provide fact based actionable insights into our CRM communications (all direct marketing efforts including e-mail, SMS, and push notifications)
Devise and implement Customer Science and Automation work such as Customer Segmentations, Personalization, Churn Prevention, Fraud Detection, Customer Lifetime Value into the Loyalty Analytics ecosystem
Independently carry out ad-hoc analytical support to business stakeholders to achieve key business objectives and to guide and support data-driven decision-making using test and
control analytics, dashboard analytics, benchmarking, statistical concepts, and financial measures
Facilitate best practice sharing and contribute to automation and improvement of existing processes.
Present actionable insights and recommendations to loyalty business managers to influence business strategies and continuously enhance the value generation from loyalty programs.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Higher degree in an analytical or financial discipline like Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Financial Economics or similar
3+ years working experience in applied analytics for solving business problems (entry-level applicants are also encouraged to apply)
Experience with BI and analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau, Databricks or similar)
Proficiency in query processing languages such as SQL and PySpark, along with hands-on experience on cloud-based platforms (e.g., Azure).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical information to all levels of the organization and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging diverse teams and senior leaders across geographies.
Collaborative and proactive, with the initiative to drive projects to successful completion.
Adaptable to new and evolving technologies and business needs. Curious and committed to continuous learning in both business and technology domain.
