Job Description:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in building and evolving Sitecore-based digital platforms for some of the most recognized companies in Denmark. You will work in a multidisciplinary team alongside solution architects, DevOps engineers, and QA specialists – with a clear focus on backend development.
Your Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable backend solutions using Sitecore (9.x or 10.x) and the .NET stack
Collaborate with architects and tech leads to plan platform architecture and integrations
Develop APIs and backend services that power content-driven experiences
Optimize performance, security, and maintainability of Sitecore-based platforms
Ensure compliance with development standards and contribute to internal best practices
Participate in peer code reviews and provide technical mentorship to other developers
Work closely with Danish enterprise clients, translating business needs into robust backend solutions
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of backend development experience with C# and .NET technologies
3+ years of hands-on Sitecore experience, ideally including Helix and SXA
Deep understanding of CMS architecture, component-based development, and content delivery patterns
Experience with system integrations (REST APIs, CRM, DAM, ERP, etc.)
Experience with TDS or Unicorn or similar products
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git)
Experience working in agile development teams
Strong communication skills in Danish (English is a plus)
