In this pivotal role, you’ll bridge the gap between data capabilities and business outcomes—owning the vision, roadmap, and delivery of BI solutions that ensure a single source of truth and deliver maximum business value.
The ideal candidate combines a passion for data and business processes with the ability to think on a company-wide, strategic level. Success in this role requires a strong business partnering mindset, solid business acumen, and the ability to champion data-driven culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve a portfolio of BI products tailored to operations stakeholders, including driving vision and roadmap of the data products.
- Translate business needs into scalable data solutions, business logics and actionable requirements.
- Lead agile delivery with engineering squads—backlog grooming, sprint planning, testing and launch.
- Architect and manage BI solution design and implementation.
- Coordinate BI strategic efforts across different stakeholders
- Champion a “one set of numbers” philosophy across the organization.
- Align and standardize KPIs, reports, and documentation.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and identify opportunities for innovation.
