Join us as our new Senior Enterprise BI Specialist
The Senior Enterprise BI Specialist plays a key role in designing, developing, and managing advanced business intelligence solutions that drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves leading BI initiatives, mentoring junior specialists, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data products.
Welcome to the Enterprise BI Team
- The Enterprise BI team work with enterprise business intelligence, data modelling, data warehousing reporting, planning, analytics and consolidation.
- We supply our many stakeholders across the business with high quality trusted data.
- We provide a solid data foundation for analytics at all levels across Novonesis.
- We supply data for external reporting such as financials for the annual report and ESG.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Leading the design and implementation of BI solutions.
- Translating complex business needs into technical requirements and actionable BI solutions.
- Driving BI projects, from scoping and planning to delivery and implementation
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members, providing expertise on BI technologies and best practices.
- Identifying opportunities to optimize BI solutions and workflows to improve efficiency and impact.
To succeed you must hold:
- 5+ years of experience in BI development using tools like SAP BW, Snowflake, Fabric, Datasphere, Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong technical knowledge of data management, reporting, and analytics. · Proficiency in languages like SQL and experience with database systems.
- A master’s degree in Business Intelligence, Software Development or similar.
