DSB is currently investing in several different projects, with a total value of approx. 50 billion DKK, which will ensure that Danes also have a sustainable and efficient alternative to cars, buses, and planes in the future.
S-Banen is one of the areas where DSB will make significant advancements in the coming years: Over the next 15 years, the current S-Bane will be transformed from a traditional city rail into a fully automated driverless transport system: "The Future S-network".
To ensure an effective implementation and administration of these contracts, we are looking for a Senior Contract Manager.

Welcome to The Legal & Commercial Contract Management department
You will be part of the Legal Commercial Tender Management team, which is part of the Legal & Commercial Contract Management department.
The team is highly diverse, comprising engineers and professionals with legal backgrounds. LCTM is part of a department with colleagues from various nationalities, making English the primary working language.
Both feedback and "lessons learned" are particularly high on our agenda. We are open to new ideas, set high standards and focus on managing complex contracts, as well as developing processes, tools and systems.

About the job
As Senior Contract Manager you will oversee the project from contract signing and beyond. You will ensure milestone acceptance and requirement management, and represent DSB in monthly progress meetings, change committees and commercial negotiations.
You will play a significant role in managing the contracts and ensuring that all milestones and requirements are met, as well as representing DSB in important meetings and negotiations.
You will be an integral part of the project team, which includes project managers, technicians and lawyers.
You will work with the project called Rolling Stock, which is a project under the program Future S-Bane. You will be responsible for handling contractual terms from A to Z.
Your tasks will be to
Focus on the experiences from projects in post-signing phases and based on these, adjust, and optimize the processes.
Represent DSB in Monthly Progress meetings, change boards and commercial negotiations.
Ensure that the existing contract is maintained and updated in accordance with any change orders.
Ensure that the project team knows and works with CM processes and tools (CLM) and that the Milestone Acceptance and Obligation Management Process are followed by members of the team.
Be an engaged counterpart to the Supplier Contract Manager (advise, negotiate and engage).
Who are you?
We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager with several years of experience in contract management.
We are looking for candidates who have
Combined your professional experience with relevant higher education.
Experience within Contract management.
Ability to read and interpret contractual documents, including terms and conditions.
Communicate professionally in English, both written and spoken, and you have experience with contracts in English.
Take ownership, are structured and have focus on details.
You can create an overview of complex projects and manage well in a flexible working environment.
As a person, you are good at establishing and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally.
You have a methodical approach and can navigate between commercial, technical and legal requirements.
