Be a key contributor in Arkitema’s deliverables
As a Resource Manager in Arkitema you will be part of a collaborative team working closely with our architectural experts and leadership. Your primary role will be to ensure the best possible match between our skilled professionals and the diverse projects that define our industry. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, has a strategic, datadriven and commercial mindset, and wants to refine resource management practices in Arkitema.
You will also collaborate with other Resource Managers throughout Arkitema and COWI, ensuring a seamless and holistic staffing approach across our business areas.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Provide ongoing support to our Head of Architects, coordinating staffing requests from bids and projects in collaboration with Head of Disciplines and the market organization
- Report weekly on short-to-mid-term capacity levels in disciplines, as well as potential specific gaps in capabilities, with responsibility for keeping accurate and up-to-date data on resource supply and demand
- Facilitate coordination with other Resource Managers and Lithuanian colleagues to optimize resource utilization
- Work closely with Head of Disciplines to ensure the right competences for our cross-disciplinary projects
- Support Head of Architects in the overall workforce planning processes
- Engage in close collaboration with Project Managers, including multidisciplinary teams and business development
To thrive in this Resource Manager position, a few things are crucial

On top of that, you will have:
- A background in staffing and workforce planning from the consultancy industry, combined with an understanding of how a project-based company operates
- The ability to manage and maintain an overview of multiple ongoing activities and projects in a structured manner
- Strategically identifying and addressing challenges along with effective capability to maintain constructive and continuous dialogue with key stakeholders, including Project Managers, Heads of Disciplines, and Market Directors
- This role requires you to be adept at engaging positively with a wide variety of stakeholders and navigate discussions at every level of the organization
- A proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Danish, with a focus on clarity and conciseness
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to ensuring high data quality in staffing and planning processes.
Moreover, you will embark on a learning journey and contribute to shaping the resource manager role as it evolves within Arkitema/COWI. The Resource Manager role is still new in the organization, and we do not have all the answers yet, hence you will join us on a learning journey – and you as Resource Managers will help shape the solution as we go.
