Process owner of the contractual Quality Management process, he/she contributes to the improvement of the contract’s Quality performance and to the satisfaction of relevant interested parties (client, NorSea, SPIE, staff, suppliers and partners).
He/She ensures the deployment of NorSPIE’s QHSE Management Policy within the organization.
Draw up and implement a 3-year internal audit program covering contractual, ISO 9001:2015 and SPIE’s Internal Control Standards requirements.
Prepare the third-parties external audit program in relation with the procurement department.
Prepare and attend to NorSPIE internal and external audits.
Maintain and follow-up the quality action plan
Organize the yearly contract processes review.
Organize the yearly contract management review
Maintain a continuous improvement process:
Analyse opportunities for improvement.
Ensure that the process for dealing with non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions are implemented in accordance with NorSPIE’s procedure.
Perform risk analysis and implement preventive actions.
Ensure the efficient processing of all customer requests relating to quality (complaints, qualification file, etc.).
Ensure the maintenance and control of NorSPIE’s document management system.
Communicate information about the Quality Management System to all relevant interested parties.
Establish and update the Contract Quality Plan.
Ensure that the measuring and testing equipment is checked, calibrated and maintained and kept in suitable premises.
Ensure that the tools are monitored, maintained and serviced.
Manages the Information Management System as per ISO 27001:2022.
Liaise closely with the Contract Manager, SPIE Energy Danmark Country QHSE Manager and ENA BU QHSE Manager.
Work closely with NorSPIE HSE Manager to manage the Integrated Management System.
Take the Minutes of Meeting of the monthly GMC meeting, monthly Consortium meeting and weekly commercial meeting.
Comply with safety culture in line with NorSPIE and TEPDK HSE requirements and rules.
Contribute to the updating of HSE documentation, upon request.
If needed can participate in HSE hazard analyses, incident investigations in root cause analyses, process incidents.
Inform immediately the HSE officer in case of HSE issues.
Assist in maintaining the ISO 9001:2015 certification.
Assist in preparing the ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications.
Assist in preparing the subsidiary for the external audits.
Perform internal audit as per the 3-year planning.
Reports nonconformities.
Assist in keeping the subsidiary documentation up to date.
Assist management in doing Preventive Observation Visits.
Perform site QHSE visits.
Assist the process owners during the yearly process review campaign.
Assist management in preparing the yearly management review
Maintain and follow up the subsidiary QHSE Action Plan.
Assist the following-in up of the Workplace Assessment.
